Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting products and services to potentials and customers, and negotiate contracts with the aim of maximizing profits.
About the Job
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Set up meetings and conduct sales visits to potential clients to promote services
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on services
- Create, Negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients
- Survey clients to get their feedback about services whenever needed.
- Research about market competitors and Services enhancements
- Manage key accounts
- Act as a point of contact for clients
- Handle complaints, resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team to achieve better results
- Ensure budget and time requirements are met
- Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches
- Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
- Create frequent sales reviews and reports to monitor performance analytics
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in IT Firm and Digital products/ B2B sales
- ERP System knowledge is a Plus
- Perfect communication skills and phone etiquette are necessary for the job
- Computer literacy, competent user of MS Office, and other various software.
- Ability to maintain performance goals.
- Extracurricular activities background is a plus
- Comprehensive understanding of sales and negotiating techniques;
- Fast learner and passion for sales;
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach;
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
