Job Description

  • We are looking for an experienced person with a previous experience in sales (at least 5 years in sales) and previous experience in outdoor sales.
  • Working for a startup company requires dynamic person.

Summary:

  • Reliable enthusiastic person responsible of developing and maintaining providers network. Shall be responsible on both joining new providers to the network and later act as the key account servicing manager to sustain level of rendered services to the network with up/ cross sell opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build a network of providers including service centers, part shops and specialised services workshops. Accountable on joining service providers to the network at the building phase and membership collection.  
  • Maintain an up to date information on all service providers
  • Monitor customer feedback on the different providers and communicate frequently the feedback to providers during the frequent scheduled service calls.
  • Full management for the membership benefits bundles
  • Review and analyse service usage reports and provide recommendations
  • Maintain a positive, friendly and transparent relationship with all providers
  • Develop and introduce initiatives to drive customer and provider satisfaction

Job Requirements

Preferable:

  • Previous experience in automotive industry
  • Sold services before (not physical products)
  • Previous experience for Service Sales
  • Experience in auto manufacture/maintenance/services is a plus
  • Excellent negotiation and selling skills
  • Excellent communication, organisation and reporting skills
  • Ability to deal with different cultures/backgrounds
  • Ability to present to senior management results and recommendations
  • Excellent Time Management
  • Education: University graduate

 Work Conditions:

  • Job is purely outdoor – 5 working days a week (Sunday and Fri or Sat is Off days according to work schedule)
  • Fixed Salary: 8.5K Gross
  • Transportation allowance – Up to 3.5K (Through submitting fuel bills)
  • Sales bonus according to achieving agreed sales target
