Job Description
1. Basic Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement mechatronic systems, ensuring seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and computer engineering principles to create innovative and efficient solutions.
2. RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES:
2.1 Main Tasks:
- System Design: Design and develop mechatronic systems and components, including robotics, automation equipment, and smart devices, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
- Integration: Integrate mechanical, electrical, and software components into cohesive mechatronic systems, ensuring compatibility and seamless operation.
- Prototyping and Testing: Create prototypes and conduct rigorous testing to evaluate system performance, identify issues, and implement necessary improvements.
- Simulation and Modeling: Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software and simulation tools to model and analyze mechatronic systems, predicting performance and optimizing designs.
- Control Systems: Develop and implement control systems and algorithms to manage the operation of mechatronic devices, ensuring precise and reliable functionality.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues with mechatronic systems, providing effective solutions to maintain and enhance system performance.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, user manuals, and maintenance guidelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, software developers, and project managers, to achieve project objectives.
- Research and Development: Stay updated on the latest advancements in mechatronics and related technologies, contributing to research and development initiatives to drive innovation.

- Project Completion Rate: Measure the percentage of projects completed on time and within budget.
- System Performance: Assess the performance and reliability of developed mechatronic systems against predefined benchmarks.
- Prototype Success Rate: Track the success rate of prototypes in meeting design specifications and performance criteria.
- Issue Resolution Time: Monitor the time taken to diagnose and resolve technical issues with mechatronic systems.
- Innovation Index: Evaluate the contribution to research and development initiatives and the implementation of innovative solutions.
4. DYNAMICS / LIAISE:
4.1 Within the Organization:
- Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineering teams, as well as project managers, to ensure successful project execution and integration of mechatronic systems.
4.2 With External Parties:
- Engage with suppliers, vendors, and external partners to source components, obtain technical support, and stay informed about industry trends and advancements.

- Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in mechatronics engineering or related roles.
6. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITY:
- Strong understanding of mechatronic systems, including mechanical, electrical, and software components.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and simulation tools.
- Knowledge of control systems and algorithms.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
