Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Responsible for preparing the annual content and marketing calendar.
  • Responsible for planning and realization of the content plan by coordinating with the design, digital marketing, operation, project management and related E-Commerce units.
  • Continuously monitor the market and competitors, identifying new range presentation techniques and features in order to translate them into commercially viable implementations.
  • Cooperating closely with other eCommerce teams (graphics, marketing,category managers etc.) 
  • Analyzing trading performance and recommending activities to support the account in driving traffic and eCommerce site conversion to maximize sales
  • Monitor new ecom technologies, best practices in E-Commerce channel, initiate and lead new projects related to E-commerce channel.
  • Responsible for localization processes (web name, banner contents) on the front of the site and provides translation support.
  • Support the resolution of complaints received from customers by communicating directly with the customer service department.
  • Regularly testing for site quality assurance and coordinate with internal / external parties for fixes.
  • Identify and develop internal and external partnerships critical to commercial Success.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree – specialization in marketing, economics, business, mathematics or engineering. 
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably within an international setting of a retail or marketplace companies.
  • Experience in conducting both Marketing and Trade activities on online
  • Experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc)
  • Have knowledge and understanding of SEO/SEM.
  • Analytical capabilities including the ability to analyze and report on data
  • Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • Excellent Command of Written and Spoken English.
  • Fast learner – ability to work in a high energy and fast paced environment
  • Ability to work in the team and build collaboration within the organization
