Job Description
- Perform Scheduled maintenance and Audit activities and tasks such as antivirus, Operation systems..etc.
- Notify status of incidents to internal and external contacts.
- Dealing with different laptops and desktop models.
- Maintain internal infrastructure requirements.
- Monitor datacenter health using pre-existing management tools.
- Respond to hardware issues, help build and maintain new servers as needed.
- Interact with teams to assist in troubleshooting.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in the field.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an equivalent field.
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN Security and related technologies ( ISA server & firewall is preferred).
PFSense is preferred. - Excellent at Troubleshooting
- Very good knowledge of LAN Network setup and installation.
- Ability to diagnose, resolve and run basic computer technical issues and network issues.
- Excellent communication skills.
