InstaShop is a startup headquartered in Dubai, UAE with a focus on making grocery shopping easy for consumers through its innovative mobile app & webshop. With a young & motivated team & an office resembling the ones of startups in San Francisco, InstaShop is the right company for a person passionate about tech & fast-growing companies. The Marketing Executive will report to the Head of Marketing & will be responsible for developing & executing marketing campaigns & for supporting marketing team with content, media communication & progress analysis.
Primary responsibilities
- Handle content creation for Egypt social media, copywriting, content creation (e.g., for Instagram stories) etc.
- Handle community management for Egypt social media pages
- Analyzing trends on TikTok and Reels and creating videos that help boost engagement
- Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
- Continuously improve by capturing & analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights & best practices & acting on the information
- Be involved in brainstorming sessions on campaign activation & marketing strategizing & take part in execution
- Monitor online competitor presence, researching new blogs & channels for relevance/trend identification
- Responsible for field activations such as events, shop branding & photoshoots etc.
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Proven working experience in social media management
- Fluency in English and Arabic written & verbal; articulate, with excellent communication and content writing skills
- Good understanding of major marketing channels
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office for producing reports & presentations
- Positive attitude, detail oriented with good multitasking & organizational ability
- Enthusiastic & self-motivated, innovative & creative
- Graphic design knowledge is a plus
- Email marketing knowledge is a plus
