Job Description

  • Conduct meetings with the direct manager to discuss the goals and results achieved
  • Participation in planning processes and developing marketing strategies with the direct manager to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
  • Preparing detailed plans & programs and supervising their implementation in accordance with the standards set for this to ensure the achievement of the company's objectives.
  • Plan and propose a budget for the brand's marketing activities and operations, and monitor and manage related costs in line with the company's strategic plans.
  • Preparing and developing plans, activities and proposed marketing offers to achieve the growth and spread of the brand
  •  Visiting customers to follow up on the status of products in terms of (product availability, implementation of the agreed offers and marketing activities, discounts, validity dates, stock, etc...) to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved.
  • Monitoring the stock status and movement of each brand
  • Follow-up and review of sales reports to analyze the performance of brands in accordance with the standards set for this and to suggest the necessary marketing actions to ensure the achievement of goals
  • Communicating and negotiating with the brand's suppliers to implement the contracts and make marketing deals with them
  • Communicate and negotiate with advertising agencies to conclude contracts for the implementation of activities, offers and marketing campaigns
  • Develop all needed reports to be submitted to the direct manager.
  • Perform any other assigned tasks as required by the direct manager within the same level of responsibility.

Job Requirements

  • University degree in any discipline.
  • FMCG Experience is preferred
  • 3-5 years experience in in same field
  • Business and technical acumen is a must.
  • Excellent understanding of the marketing techniques and Campaigns
  • Excellent command of English language
  • Excellent user of Microsoft office
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Well organized and follow up skills.
  • Flexibility, problem solving, communication and leadership skills.
  • Excellent numerical skills, Attention to detail, Teamwork dynamics.
