Job Description
- Lead the ERP/Business Applications automation plan as per business requirements and priorities
- Lead project milestones timely and within budget
- Implement quality assurance and IT controls
- Implement procedures and policies for IT Applications
- Evaluate specific functional requirements & recommend IT best practices
- Review current processes, future processes, reporting requirements documents with functional owner (s) and obtain appropriate approvals and signatures
- Evaluate all new proposed business applications for implementation to ensure proper technical integration with other implemented applications.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, amend documentation with any changes and enhancements, distribute and communicate changes to functional owner's
- Ensure optimum usage of the installed module
- Ensure application sign off by functional owners
- Handover application day-to-day operation to Business Owners
- Handover application support to application helpdesk team
- Ensure that business benefits are realized and communicated within the organization
- Effectively gather & communicate additional user reporting requirements “add-hoc reports” .
- Fix application bugs, follow up and implement recommended fixes to ensure data accuracy
- Manage developers “internal or external” to develop required external applications integration to the implemented solution.
- Coordinate with IT Top management all applications related
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must have experience in handling various applications and software.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Process manufacturing.
- Good understanding business process best practice.
- Troubleshooting skills and problem-solving.
