Job Description
- Coordinating with department managers to identify staffing needs.
- Determining selection criteria.
- Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks.)
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Forecast quarter and annual hiring needs by department
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Develop job descriptions
- Update organization structure
- Conducting exit interviews
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR with Proven working experience in recruitment/ talent acquisition.
- Have past experience in recruiting white , blue and pink collars
- Lives in Nasr City , Heliopolis or near areas .
- Experience in headhunting
- Bachelor’s degree holder in HR or relevant subject
- HR Diploma holder or Certified from a reputable institute is preferred.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
- Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
- Excellent communicator
