Job Description

In this role, you’ll also support the growth of the business by providing technical sales support for customers and the regional sales force, including pre and post client interaction throughout the sales process. If you enjoy challenging projects, using new technologies to reach strategic business goals, and leveraging your entrepreneurial spirit, then this is the role for you!

Objective

  • Achieving Sales Targets

  • Supervise & lead sales team.
  • Opening new markets and increase coverage for customers

Authority:

  • Make suggestions to develop and increase sales volume
  • Illustrate the product to the clients
  • negotiate the price
  • give technical presentations

Responsibilities:

  • Put the forecasting plan, Targets, tools required, activities…etc.
  • Prepares proposals based on customer's requirements and standard technical specification
  • Negotiate sales contracts, finalize sales agreements and ensures timely payment of receivables (collections)
  • Responsible to achieve the set sales target.
  • Promote the company services to existing clients as well as identifying and acquiring new clients
  • Stay updated with respect to product knowledge and sales technique
  • Submit data and management report on time
  • Keep the relations with the existing customers.
  • Find new markets and customers.
  • Develop sales and marketing strategies for key vertical market segments
  • Make the pricing and deciding the margin, depending on the history and the existing information and competitors, preparing the offers to the customer.
  • Follow up the customers till the final decision.
  • Participate in the tenders .

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in the engineering field prefers electrical engineer
  • Excellent understanding of company products and services and possess the ability to present this information to the non-technical audience
  • Process Management and Quality Control
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to turn a customer’s requirements into a supportable solution
  • Excellent in Microsoft office
  • Fluent in English .
