Job Description
-Presenting Shell’s products & company portfolio & services.
- Targeting clients.
- Create and update supplier’s database.
- Meeting customer satisfaction by close follow up & after sales services.
- Provide technical support for clients to ensure client’s satisfaction.
- Keeping clients updated with new products & services.
- Provide the client with the proper lubricants and proper lubricants equivalents to support the client to achieve goals effectively and efficiently.
- Submit price offers.
- Coordinate with the head office to obtain credit approvals & issue invoices to be delivered to clients.
- Collect payments and submit to head office.
Job Requirements
-Degree (e.g. BSc, BEng) - Mechanical Engineering.
-Relevant professional certification is a plus.
- 2 to 5 years of experience.
- Experience in sales &Technical (Lubricants & applications).
- Significant Sales experience.
- Have engineering knowledge in industry or transport, or related discipline
Excellent negotiation skills.
-Excellent English and Arabic language level both spoken and written.
-Excellent user of Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, and ERP system practical experience is a must.
- Problem-solving skills.
-Good interpersonal skills and good technical background / degree.
-Excellent customer service, communication, analytical thinking, and sales skills.
-Attention to details.
- Channel Management experience
