Job Description

Caduceus Lane is now recruiting a Regional HR Management Lead who is assigned to effectively lead the HR team as well as the MINA region HR management, manage the day-to-day operations of company personnel, and direct cross-functional personnel policies through a dynamic professional environment. You will be responsible for providing strategic plans through maintaining and developing the HR organization's policies in the identification, acquisition, and retention of required skills. You will be responsible to leverage a fair, motivational, and learning work environment while demonstrating professional credibility is essential

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, development, and delivery of strategic and operation HR infrastructure of the organization.
  • Strong ability to apply and leverage fair, motivational and continuous learning work environment while demonstrating professional and management credibility is essential.
  • Assist in carrying out staff audits, identify gaps and propose staffing levels for the organization.
  • Implement HR policies, practices, and procedures, and ensure compliance with legal laws and/or regulations as regards recruitment.
  • Assist in reviewing departmental recruitment requests to ensure all recruitment are conducted against the organization’s staff establishment.
  • Assisting management with generalist HR matters, including reviewing and developing relevant policies and procedures and providing advice in relation to employee performance, conduct and absence management.
  • Providing confidential ad hoc advice and assistance to employees.
  • Assisting with preparations for disciplinary and grievance hearings as necessary.
  • Provide advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations.
  • Provide basic counseling to staff who have performance related obstacles.
  • Identify training and development opportunities and organize staff training sessions, workshops, and activities.
  • Coordinate with direct supervisors, team leaders and managers for tailored development plans and career aspiration path for potential delegates.
  • Managing and maintaining contracts, personnel files, and other employee information.
  • Developing and conduct orientation program and harmonization introduction for new employees
  • Coordinating and administering training and development program and liaising with external training bodies as required.
  • Monitor daily attendance and punctuality of employees, investigate causes for staff absences and recommend solutions to resolve chronic attendance difficulties.
  • Provide basic counseling to staff who have performance related obstacles and recommendations on disciplinary actions.
  • Fulfillment of office management and workplace-related duties.
  • Design and implement office policies, establish standards and procedures and organize office operations and procedures.
  • Supervise office staff, prepare time sheets.
  • Review and approve office supply requisitions, maintain office equipment and liaise with other agencies to Maintain and replenish inventory.
  • Maintain office related budgeting, expenses and financial sheets.
  • Plan and implement office systems, layout and equipment procurement.

Job Requirements

Candidate Background

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or/any Business Management discipline.
  • A postgraduate diploma in Human Resources Management is a plus.
  • At least seven years in a dynamic human resources role.
  • Understanding and practical knowledge of labor laws and statutory returns.
  • Experience in supporting managers across a variety of departments at different levels in all aspects of HR and training.
  • Experience in strategic and operational recruitment, retention, and development is desirable.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Human Resources and/or Business Management
  • Fluency in the English language is a must
  • Ability to work in virtual teams and Matrix environment
  • Experience in supporting managers across a variety of departments at different levels in all aspects of HR and training
  • Experience in strategic and operational recruitment, retention, and development is desirable.
  • Sound negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to confidently interact with internal stakeholders and set HR and workplace policies and ensure its activation, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team orientation and the ability to work closely with cross-functional partners
  • Demonstrated strong organizational skills

  • Ability to strategize and set medium and long-term plans.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced Degree in Human resources and/or Management is a plus
  • Awareness of regional labor laws and regulations across the Middle East is a plus.
  • Regional/Multinational experience is a plus.
