We invite you to read more about our commitment to diversity, equality and inclusion on our website: https://bit.ly/40QxJP6TasksFormulating and executing a strategy for automation and digital sales expansion in untapped markets within the assigned regionCollaborating with the sales team to schedule regional visits, enhancing customer recognition and understanding of digital and automation solutionsCoordinating training programs for the sales personnel in the domains of automation and digital technologiesPromoting consistent maintenance and utilization of the CRM system Conducting analyses of market trends and competitor activity in the automation and digital sectorsActively participating and contributing to weekly Service Sales meetingsWorking closely with the Service Operations to facilitate and endorse the sales of automation Service/Support contracts as well as digital contractsSupporting the development of digital companion Service teams and ensuring their effective deploymentServing as the primary source for updated expertise on MES (Manufacturing execution system), SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition ), CMMS ( computerized maintenance management system ) and digital products offered by BühlerDeveloping and implementing account strategies for key clients in Saudi ArabiaEnsuring that digital kits are included in the automation engineering retrofit and greenfield project proposalsGaining skills in cost estimation for plant automation engineering retrofits at Bühler, while collaborating with various quotation/engineering teams across the region.Bridging the gap between the sales force and Bühler quotation teams to align project deliverables with market-appropriate pricingRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in EngineeringMinimum 7 years of experience in the similar industry with at least 3 years of sales experience in automation and/or digital productsFluent communication skill in English language; Knowledge of Arabic is an advantagePreferred QualificationsExcellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to interface effectively with internal and external stakeholdersProven ability to work in a matrix organizationExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsWillingness to travelBenefitsInternational & successful company with sustainable prospects for the futureWide technically & modern environment with interesting challengesProfessional environment with an open communication cultureExciting Training and Development opportunitiesGreat & dynamic work environmentWho we are Bühler as an employerWe are working to create sustainable innovations for a better world.
