Job Description
- Develop strategic plans and tactics that contribute to the project’s development and marketing communication strategy.
- Deploy marketing campaigns and manage their implementation from ideation to execution, this includes yet isn't limited to (Media Airing, On Ground Activation, Launch Events, Social Media Networks, Outdoors, Public Relation, Loyalty Programs – Digital Campaigns – Social Media Campaigns)
- Ensure that all creative marketing materials undergo brand review and adhere to strict brand guidelines.
- Continuous coordination and communication with the sales team to ensure the fulfillment of the set targets and review sales strategies.
- Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Monitor and maintain database growth through leads and referrals resulting from marketing.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related discipline, (AUC, GUC or BUE Graduates)
- 4-7 years experience in a marketing role
- Strong organization and prioritization skills and ability to swiftly move from one brand to the other
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Digital Marcom experience is a must
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skill
- Enjoy working in a busy, deadline-driven, and creative environment.
- Fast self-learner, ambitious, flexible, and adaptable.
- Advanced user of Microsoft and Internet Research Skills.
