Job Description

- Coordinate with the HR Manager, manage the HR practices on projects (Sites & HQ) including recruitment needs, performance management, compensation, training and development and employee relations.
- Monitor the implementation of HR policies and procedures on project site to ensure alignment and compliance with MI corporate HR guidelines.
- Manage all HR activities and Administration staff within the company in performing their delegated tasks and evaluate their performance accordingly.
- Maintain and monitor the operational budget to ensure appropriate allocation of expenses, efficient control of the operational budget versus expenditure and avoid exceeding the budget.
- Manage all HR administrations for employees on the project site (annual vacation/sick leave, attendance and time keeping systems, accommodation if requested, salaries and benefits, administrations) and keep records and files to ensure compliance with company’s policy.
- Oversee and direct all HR & Administration activities on project sites and ensure that all the Project employees are provided with quality HR and Administrative support.
- Handle payroll and allowances variables between the project and head office to ensure receipt of accurate payroll data on time.
- Coordinate training sessions / external training requests and collate candidate feedback/assessments.
- Develop compensation plan in coordination with HR Manager to apply the integrity between all employees.
- Oversee the outsourcing activities with regard to facilities maintenance (in coordination with the Head office Administration & Purchasing Department) and ensure efficient provision of both internal (e.g. office supplies, maintenance services, collection of office mail etc.) and external (transport vehicles and drivers etc.) facilities.
- Maintain strong public relation with related partners and authorities inside the country to facilitate daily work procedures.
