Job Description

Main job duties and responsibilities: 

  • Participate in setting the department's estimated budget of needed tools and materials.
  • Participate in developing the annual recruitment plan to match the business needs
  • Prepare and update work program for cleaning.
  • Provide the necessary cleaning materials, tools and devices to choose the best quality items.
  • Prepare monthly reports about the inventories, equipments, department plans and the extent of their implementation
  • Follow up the implementation of safety procedures and instructions and making sure that the employees' uses the safety equipment and personal protection tasks and provide them with appropriate training on how to face the risks that may occur during operation (chemicals - electricity - fire).
  • Dealing with problems and complaints related to the level of service performance and working to solve them
  • Determine the needs and develop a plan to train workers on how to use the machines, equipment and chemicals used, and ensure that supervisors implement the training programs set up during work to reach the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Responsible for evaluating the supervisor’s and workers’ performance.
  • Participate in employee’s tests and interviews.

Job Requirements

  • Suitable education degree.
  • 7+ years of experience in the same field
  • Strategic Planning & Leadership skills
  • Time Management Skills
  • Technical experience in dealing with hygiene equipment.
  • Awareness of the health and safety instructions.
