Job Description
- Quality Assurance Specialist (QA) is responsible for assessing the quality of our sales associates who interact with existing and potential customers.
- The QA will monitor and evaluate both inbound and outbound phone as well as cases.
- The QA will assess an associate's demeanor, technical skills, customer service performance, and compliance to company policy and process, as well as make recommendations to operations for updates, enhancements, and training needed to promote the highest level of customer service expected.
Job Requirements
- Must be graduate.
- Must have a laptop.
- 1-2 years of experience as a quality assurance specialist.
- Preferably has sales experience.
