We are currently looking for a talented Technical Interviewer with expertise in React.js for our team at Squadio. As a Technical Interviewer, you will play a crucial role in evaluating the technical skills and knowledge of candidates applying for React.js developer positions. You will assess candidates' proficiency in React.js concepts, JavaScript, libraries, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical interviews for React.js developer candidates
• Evaluate candidates' understanding of React.js concepts, JavaScript, and popular libraries such as Redux or React Router
• Assess candidates' problem-solving skills and their ability to write clean and reusable React.js code
• Provide constructive feedback and recommendations to hiring managers
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in React.js
• Collaborate with the HR team to enhance the interview process
