Job Description
- Responsible for the production plan execution and follow-up
- Responsible for distribution work and monitor all workforce in his shift, and make sure full compliance and control is applied
- Monitor and analyze technical aspects of product ratios and factors, calculating production cycles and volumes, scrap rates, etc.… at production lines
- Monitor product's quality measures that effectively guarantee desired results.
- Documents all engineering protocols and develop all engineering and manufacturing specifications and ensure compliance with all quality measures.
- Monitor the production according to the plan, diagnose problems or machine delays or any production circumstances in the production line, provide recommendations, and report them to the direct manager.
- Report the production progress regarding each order to the direct manager.
- Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement
Job Requirements
- 4 to 5 years’ experience
- Degree in engineering (Production engineering is preferable).
- 6 October, Sheikh Zayed and all Giza residents are preferred
- Certificate in any of the following is preferable:
- Lean Manufacturing - Six sigma
- Production Management
- Facilities Management
- Project Management
- Industrial Engineering
