Job Description
- Making Product designs and process development for all products.
- Making full workshop drawings of all products.
- Capability of modifying or develop to meet machine capability.
- Preparing the BOM and cutting sheets for all our new products using Nesting
software. - Making & Design samples for new products.
- Reverse engineering of new products and machine spare parts.
- Checking the availability of manufacturing.
- Continuous development of product design and its manufacturing processes
- Supporting Production, Quality, Marketing and Sales departments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent English language
- Hard worker and can work under pressure
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in CAD software (SolidWorks & AutoCAD)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint…)
- Experience in sheet metal or steel fabrication is an advantage .
- Experience in 1D & 2D nesting software such as Pro Nest, Sigma Nest …etc.
