Job Description
- Complies and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts such as general ledger accounts, documenting business transactions.
- Install, modify documents and coordinates the implementation of the accounting system and accounting control procedures.
- Responsible for monthly analysis of AP, supplier’s down payments, petty cash notes payable and prepaid expenses.
- Responsible for issuing checks on the due date.
- Prepares checks, accounts statements, reports and other records and reviews for accuracy.
- Responsible for cost center allocation
- Responsible for transfer accounts payable and general ledger module.
- Prepare tax returns, payments, necessary paperwork, and reports
- Assess and research difficult tax issues to identify solutions
- Manage and maintain the company’s tax database
- Offer support and guidance during audits
- Prepare accurate quarterly and annual tax reports
- Liaise with internal and external auditors
- Prepare journals & Financial statements from tax perspective
- Prepare tax inspection required analysis & documentation
- Responsible to deal with tax authority in payments & official documentations
- Dealing with social insurance in terms of documents, Procedures & all related new updates
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Accounting
- Good command of English
- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
