Job Description
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Report timesheet on a monthly basis
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service and kitchen operation practices
- Ensure orders are prepared and reached the customer on time
- Coordinate with a customer service representative on daily orders and customer complaints if any
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Ensure all materials/ stock available on time (Material replenishment)
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Ensure quality check on all deliveries before dispatch
- Regularly review product quality
- Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
- Create reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses
- Recommend ways to increase sales and reach a broader audience(e.g. discounts and social media ads)
- Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
- Comply with all health and safety regulations.
- Implement the Food and Safety Procedures and ensure staff is adhering to the terms and conditions.
- Implement company policies, procedures, and ethics
- Purchasing raw material on time as per agreed specs & brands.
- Purchasing and negotiating the price of tools, equipment, raw material, forms, maintenance fees,….etc.
- Drawing, executing car route, ensuring car movement on time and orders delivered on time
- Register racks out on every invoice and ensuring the same count is in.
- Factory & car maintenance activities.
- Ensure availability of factory petty cash always for urgent requirements.
- The full responsibility of Collection activities
- Administration role for drivers, employee bus driver, Abella car.
- Collecting full factory attendance from variant channels and send it to HR( till time attendance machine will be active)
Job Requirements
- Min 5-6 years’ experience in F&B, Retail or Production.
- Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Leadership ability.
- Bakery Product & Industry knowledge would be added advantage
- Professional Attitude
- Problem-solving skills and quick thinking.
