Skills And Tools:
- Observing the display unites and the room's cleanliness level.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, brochures, mirrors, stone lists, and calculators) at the beginning of the working day.
- Receiving telephone calls and make calls divert
- Welcome the customers and escorting them to the rooms.
- Fill in the data card with the new customers
- Notify the sales team members about their customers.
- Inform sales about customers requirement
- Input the data into the system
- Deals with inquiries from the sales team and customers.
- Send daily reports with customer data to the marketing section.
- Assist the sales team in case of high traffic inside the branch.
- Assist the sales team in following the customer's requirements.
- Cover the customer services activates in case of events outside the branch.
- Graduation in any reputable degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent command of the English language
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
