Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hiring laborers, security staff, and supervisors, specifically within the security and facility management sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates for labor, security, and supervisory positions.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting job ads, screening resumes, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Utilizing innovative methods to recruit a high volume of employees efficiently.
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates.
- Collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs.

Job Requirements
