Job Description

  • ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • The Account Management Associate will be responsible for: 
  • Find, identify and contact appropriate potential clients who fits BICC’s Criteria 
  • Arrange and meet with potential and existing Clients to seek for new collaboration means in-Door or Outdoor 
  • Adhere to targets defined in each Monthly plan.
  • Daily, Weekly, Monthly Follow-up with Direct Superior. 
  • Identifies/develops needs for our potential clients, existing clients and our company 
  • Understands the needs of clients and ability to deliver the required from the client side to the marketing and planning department head in order to apply and plan for the right strategy and to brief the marketing team on daily basis with assigned clients’ needs 
  • Arrange, manage and handle our clients’ accounts needs. 
  • Implement and Plan for new ideas for the company 
  • Prepares data analysis sheets to collect data about performance like (Total Clients, No. of Clients/Month Income, No. of Complains, ROI, Strategy KPIs achieved, etc.,) 
  • Prepares quarterly, monthly and yearly reports as will be tasked from senior management 
  • Coordinates with other departments and senior management to help accomplish and meet all proposed plans and strategies. 
  • Helps and assists in preparing logistics and to follow up on attending activities for BICC/Clients. 
  • Have a good understanding of the businesses' Products or Services and be able to advise others about them 
  • Follow-up on marketing team and their Content Calendars, Business Plans, Tasks assigned from head of marketing and planning within deadline through E-mail.
  • Obtain client approval on content calendars, Moderation Plans, Designs and all actions taken by BICC on BICC’s Clients accounts 

Job Requirements

  • QUALIFICATIONS 
  • Must have very good computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel) 
  • Great Knowledge of Social Media Platforms and familiar with doing business on them 
  • Excellent written and handling skills  
  • Initiative and good decision-making skills 
  • Good time management skills 
  • Accuracy and attention to detail 
  • Out of box thinking 
  • Ability to work outside of the office 
  • Familiarity with Public Events, Fairs and Exhibitions 
  • Ability to coordinate and collaborate well as part of a team 
  • Interpersonal competencies: integrity, commitment, detail-oriented, problem solving, self motivated and achiever attitude 
  • Budgeting knowledge is a must 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills 
  • Creative Mind and ability to learn 
  • EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE 
  • Bachelor’s degree is a must 
  • 2-5 years of sales experience. 
  • LANGUAGE SKILLS 
  • Mastering in written and oral English and Arabic. Must be able to read and interpret documents, and communicate with others as necessary to perform job duties effectively. 
  • WORKING CONDITIONS 
  • Client visits outside and inside are a MUST to attend for this position.
