Job Description
- Carrying out all tasks according to the schedule given
- Performing all activities related to arranging & keeping the store
- Packing and unloading items to be stored on shelves in stores
- Store items in an organized manner for easy access with a location map
- Reviewing and counting the inventory and report any damage to the line manager
- Receiving inventory items, and recording data manually or using a computer
- Verifying of inventory accounting by comparing them with the actual numbers of inventory and controlling errors
- Verifying and following-up the process of cleaning storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Submitting a monthly report to the line manager
Job Requirements
- BSc/Ba in accounting is preferred
- Very Good Command of English
- Exempted, Postponed Military Service
- Construction/Civil field Experience is a must
- Proven experience as an Warehouse Coordinator not less than 3 years
- Excellent organizing abilities
- Great attention to details
- Very Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
- Very Good understanding of Warehouse accounting and reporting principles and practices
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software
