Job Description
Anticipate, identify, diagnose, and solve critical problems.
. Troubleshoot and resolve complex vsphere and VDI infrastrudure alerts and outages.
. Perform system analysis and tuning, patch Dell iDRAc firmware and VMware software.
. Hands-on experience with Dell Bladcenter servers and Dell rack mount hardware.
. Experience in creating VMware FaultTole.ant Domain and VR Duplication site.
. Health check of VM's and ESXi hosts.
. Experience in VSAN technology and HCI solutions.
Compulsory: VMware Certified Professional (vCP-DOr'5)
. Having additional certifications like ITIURHEVMCSE/PMP is an added bonus.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Banquet Server or similar role
- Courteous and attentive to guests
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, such as staying on your feet, climbing stairs and carrying heavy objects
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
- Relevant training and/or certifications as a Banquet Server
