Job Description
- Responsible for Operations safety and assure that all safety requirements are met and measured.
- Maintains HSE policies application and ensure of its Accordance with OHSAS 45001 and ISO 14001.
- Execution and conformity to immediate and on-site operational requirements
- Inspect and Remove any unsafe conditions during operations.
- Responsible for investigation of all operation incidents, accident, and Near Miss during operation activities and report to authorized party with outcomes.
- Develop preventive actions, risk identification & opportunities’ to avoid operation break downs and ensure of its running smoothly.
- Able to guide, train, coach operation staff and build toolbox talk methodology and ease , deliver it to all operation layers
- Troubleshoot any HSE negative aspects and remove any obstacles that may arise during operation
- Ensures Implementation of HSE operation work instruction
- Ensures that customer complaints regarding safety are being solved on the spot, and keeps track/record of the cause and works on ensuring safe working condition.
- Responsible for raising operation staff awareness of potential safety hazards and guide them to avoid unexpected events.
- Checking of sub-contractors’ work to ensure compliance HSE standards and Regulations Compliance.
- In case of dealing with any chemical materials in operation activities, responsible for searching, analyzing, updating and communicating its MSDS in order to evaluate its impact and aspects
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering / Chemistry / Agriculture

- Previous Experience in Industrial field
- Experience from 10 to 15
