Job Description

  • Develop the company’s policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment, and interviewing
  • Design and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews, etc.)
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Determine selection criteria.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
  • Communicate regularly with the concerned department to get a clear view of the company’s hiring needs and organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain all job descriptions and job postings; execute all required job postings promptly.
  • Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels and other professional platforms.
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
  • Proactive coordination with departments for technical interviews.
  • Advertise internal staff vacancies via email.
  • Collect and screen resumes, select potential candidates, and provide a shortlist of approved candidates to supervisors for interviews.
  • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications.
  • Complete and distribute high-quality weekly and monthly staffing reports
  • Collaborate with managers to identify shortlist needs.
  • Coordinate with external recruiters and outside employment agencies to attract and identify selected candidates.

Job Requirements

  • BSc in Human Resources Management or equivalent field.
  • 3-5 Years Previous working experience preferably as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the same field. (With System Integrator) 
  • HR diploma is highly recommended.
  • Graduating from language school is preferred
  • Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment process
  • Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with sourcing techniques.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills.
