Job Description
- Manage each project’s scope and timeline
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
- Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
- Help teams implement changes effectively
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
- Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
- Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it
Job Requirements
Technical Skills
- Scrum master certification is a plus.
- Understanding of Software Development: Basic knowledge of web technologies, databases, and user experience design.
- Tools Proficiency : Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana). Several years of experience working in Agile environments, specifically with Scrum.
- Knowledge of Automated testing: selenium. Performance test: Jmete
- Knowledge of DataBase: Mysql, Mongodb and Postgresql.
- Background of Fulstack (Coding background php and larval )
Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies:
- Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field.
- Familiarity with project development.
- E Commerce Knowledge: Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and marketplace dynamics.
- Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach the Team: Guide team members in Agile practices and principles.
- Remove Impediments: Identify and address obstacles that the team may face.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment.
