Job Description
- Proactively recommend creative communications for marketing proposals.
- Design of marketing communication pieces including overall theme development.
- Take the design “brief” to record requirements and client needs.
- Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software.
- Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
- Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas.
- Responsible for creating innovative artwork for our social media accounts.
- Design graphic material, and attract consumers via social media.
- Regularly track and get insights into new design trends or concepts.
- Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Responsible for the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos.
- Provide creative ideas for promoting social media campaigns.
- Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
- Priorities and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
- Perform retouching and manipulation of images.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, multi-media design or relevant fields.
- 3+ year experience as a graphic designer is a MUST.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent eye for detail.
- Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere.
- Demonstrate graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Familiar with both online/digital graphic design and offline/printing design standards.
- v good English speaking, reading, and writing.
- Team player and responsive.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Additional qualification in web design or animation is a plus.
