Job Description

  • Updating recruitment records and produce reports analytics
  • Administrate hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, performing reference checks, and conducting interviews
  • Advertising all vacancies internally and externally through various recruitment media platforms
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Source and interviews the potential candidates through different tools
  • Follow up on the Recruitment Process and procedure
  • Dealing with different collars.
  • Updating recruitment records and produce reports analytics.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree in human resources or other relevant discipline is required
  • Experience at a recruitment agency is a plus
  • 2-3 years of experience in the HR department
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent in using MS Office
  • The ability to work effectively as a team member in a multi-cultural environment.
