Job Description

  • Participates in preparing the forecasted budget for the company.
  • Supervises on collecting information about the external and internal markets, competition, price trends, and all the information needed to set the recommendations concerning selling policy and marketing strategy.
  • Prepares studies concerning marketing policies and the opening of new markets/showrooms to increase sales inside and outside Egypt. In addition to improving the response to customer needs and desires.
  • Prepares the general and specific instructions concerning applying marketing plans and policies and methods of applications. Or using specialized marketing companies inside or outside Egypt.
  • Supervises and executes the preparation of publicity campaigns about company products within the budget. This is one by examining several offers and giving his/her technical opinion on the presented offers and the proposed advertising material. Assists in setting the contracts and follows up with the execution in addition to monitoring the payments to the executing agencies.
  • Supervising the company’s digital marketing, digital platforms and social media tech.
  • Follow up with products, packaging designs, and samples to be presented at the external or internal fairs.
  • Responsible for participation and preparation of fairs in term of samples, traveling, reservation, transportation, and shipping and develop a detailed budget for it.
  • Teams with the Sales Manager to put an exporting and sales (in the local market) programs to set the types and quantities of products needed in each market based on the number of exports and the expected sales.
  • Participating in putting the pricing policy of the company.
  • Establish and keep good relations with the customers and supervises on the providing good services to the customers during their visits to the company, factories and show rooms.
  • Works on increasing the number of customers.
  • Trains employees and developing their abilities and making sure they are fully aware of their jobs, the goals and policies of the company, the methodology to collect data about the market trends and customer tastes and analyzing this information. He/ She should also train them on how to measures the degree of customer satisfaction.
  • Preparing assessment reports about the performance of his direct subordinates.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role
  • Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
  • Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
  • Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
  • Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends)
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Creativity and commercial awareness
  • BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline
