Job Description

  • Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries (Ensure Client Satisfaction)
  • Arrange the flow of the incoming customers through the whole process Starting from checking in until they attain their intended service.
  • Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
  • Maintaining the practice philosophy for attracting new clients and retaining existing clients.
  • Answering telephone calls in a polite and professional manner.
  • Preparing invoices and obtaining payments from pet owners.
