Job Description
- Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries (Ensure Client Satisfaction)
- Arrange the flow of the incoming customers through the whole process Starting from checking in until they attain their intended service.
- Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
- Maintaining the practice philosophy for attracting new clients and retaining existing clients.
