Job Description
During the Bidding/Tender Stage:
- Review and analysis of upstream projects at the tender stage and preparation of contractual risk analysis and list of contractual obligations.
- Drafting and review of partnership agreements (Memorandum of Understanding, JV, Consortiums, etc..).
- Negotiating partnership agreements with partners.
- Drafting and review of downstream contracts (Subcontracts, Supply agreements, Purchase orders).
During the execution of the Project:
- Finalizing upstream contracts with clients.
- Supporting the project execution team in starting the Project (support in issuing Bonds and Insurance).
- Preparation of contract management plans in line
- Management of upstream contracts.
- Management of partnership agreements.
- Management of downstream contract.
- Drafting of contractual corresponded and review of all correspondences issued by the Project.
- Management of changes (variations and contractual deviations) and negotiating these changes with clients.
- Preparation of claims for extension of time and claims for an additional cost.
- Preparation and review of minutes of meetings.
- Close-out of the Project and final settlement of claims under the upstream and downstream contracts.
