About the job:
- Monitoring and insuring office experience for employees and clients.
- Providing wide-ranging support to the CEO.
- Maintains good tracking of C.E.O files, Documentations & reports.
- Organizing meetings and managing databases.
- Organizing company events or conferences.
- Dealing with correspondence, complaints, and queries.
- Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems.
- Attending meetings with senior management.
- Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients.
- Preparing letters, presentations, and reports.
Job Requirements
- English Fluency.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Skills (Word, Excell, PowerPoint).
- Previous Experience in an Office Manager role is a must.
