Job Description
- Provision of tax accounting and reporting according to the Egyptian legal requirements.
- Keeping evidence of invoices received
- Ensures of keeping records and data for vendors and customers for tax use
- Maintains cash desk
- Preparing/reviewing monthly sales tax returns
- Preparing/reviewing withholding tax form 41
- Preparing/reviewing tax certificates of deductions
- Preparing stamp tax return
- Preparing annual corporate tax calculation and declaration
- Preparing/reviewing monthly payroll and salary tax
- Preparing annual salary tax and social security reconciliation
- Preparing all documents and analysis for tax inspections
- Represents the company during all tax examinations
- Maintains the agenda relating to the assets of PFN
- Preparing/updating depreciation policy of PFN
- Preparing/reviewing transfer pricing policy of PFN
- Preparing electronic Taxes returns (WHT, VAT, payroll tax & income tax return)
- Following up and matching between e-invoice with electronic returns
- Preparing the requirements for export subsidy and maintain the files to be matching with export fund conditions
- Preparing the requirements for all kind of taxes inspections
- Corporate with logistics team to finalize the temporary admission custom system
- Following up with banks the daily transactions
Provides:
- Tax forms and returns in due time
- Information on tax liabilities and tax receivables, changes in local tax legislation and potential tax risks
- Execution of stock-taking of minor assets on behalf of PFN
- Activity in accordance with the ISO 9001 and EMS 14001 systems
Cooperates:
- With external tax advisors and auditors during tax inspections and audit
- With Chief Accountant and CFO of the PFN Group
Responsible for:
- Accurate and on-time presenting of all kind tax returns to ETA
- Communication with ETA and preparing all documents for ETA inspections
- Complete and accurate evidence of invoices received

Job Requirements
- Years of Experience: 4 - 9 Total experience in tax and accounting field with at least 2 - 4 years of experience in an international company.
- Languages: Language Grade
- English/Arabic Excellent in writing and speaking
- PC Skills: Skill Grade MS (OFFICE) Excellent
- Gender: Any.
- University degree with economic/Accounting specialization.
- Very good knowledge of accounting, tax and labor legislation
- Multitasking and ability to meet deadlines
- Very effective organizational skills
- Highly organized and flexible
- Very good knowledge of the Egyptian tax legislation
- Good knowledge of English and Excel
- Knowledge of SAP
