Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Answer phone calls and routing calls to specific people.
  • Answer inquiries about the company.
  • Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
  • Call employees for visitors waiting for them.
  • Schedule meetings and meeting rooms.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy.
  • Coordinate mail flow in and out of the office.
  • Coordinate with HR for any assigned tasks.
  • Handle Courier Team and manage them 
  • Handle Office supply and office boys
  • Hand applications and tests to candidates, and arrange their appointments.
  • Take and reply to messages.
  • Handle all e-marketing tasks and company's website administration
  • Support all other admin tasks as required

Job Requirements

  • Graduate of a reputable university
  • Very good English is a MUST
  • Presentable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Unveiled
  • Females Only
