Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Answer phone calls and routing calls to specific people.
- Answer inquiries about the company.
- Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
- Call employees for visitors waiting for them.
- Schedule meetings and meeting rooms.
- Ensure reception area is tidy.
- Coordinate mail flow in and out of the office.
- Coordinate with HR for any assigned tasks.
- Handle Courier Team and manage them
- Handle Office supply and office boys
- Hand applications and tests to candidates, and arrange their appointments.
- Take and reply to messages.
- Handle all e-marketing tasks and company's website administration
- Support all other admin tasks as required
Job Requirements
- Graduate of a reputable university
- Very good English is a MUST
- Presentable
- Excellent communication skills
