As our business in New Cairo is growing, we are looking for an HR generalist with experience in customer service to join our team.
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage penalty system according to the labor law and maintain penalty records up to date
- Provide periodic reports about employees' regularity and review employees' vacation, absence, attendance, sick leave, …etc.
- Very good in Recruitment and Headhunting
- Prepare form numbers 1,2,6.
- Generate pipelines of qualified candidates for all open position
- Assisting the hiring team in screening candidate résumés
- Communicating with candidates and setting up interviews
- Dealing with a governmental association like social insurance office & labor office.
Job Requirements
- Job Requirements
- Excellent English - both written and spoken
- Experience using ATS software
- Ability to manage stakeholders (hiring managers, interviewers, etc.)
- University Degree in HR or another relevant specialty
- Resilient and able to handle the dynamic and ever-changing business environment
- Proven work experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Personnel, HR Assistant, or similar role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and adjust to changing priorities
- Exceptional team player – you have a passion for connecting people and teams to one another
- High EQ – you will be the first contact for potential candidates
Good time management skills
