Job Description

  • Lead and manage the human resources team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business.
  • Ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current Labor law.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Ensure legal compliance with Labor Law
  • Develop organizational design and development strategies based on company goals.
  • Implement development tools to meet long and short-term business goals.
  • Develop and implement the performance appraisal system for the company and coordinating it with other line managers.
  • Coordinate with the finance department for processing of salaries to employees.
  • Maintaining good internal communication within the company.
  • Report daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports to the General Manager and the Chairman
  • Manage talent and succession planning; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity
  • Keeping all company employees are informed of key employment and company issues.
  • Monitor attendance and manage staffing levels to achieve sales/service goals while controlling payroll expense.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Revise and approve the payroll of our company including earnings and deduction.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. MBA is a plus.
  • 10+ years of Experience in a same position 
  • Experience in HR for Real Estate companies is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills, problem-solving
  • Flaunt in English  
  • Experience in strategic planning
  •  In-depth knowledge of all HR functions
  •  Hands-on experience with HR software (HRIS, ATS)
  •  Good understanding of labor legislation
  •  Excellent leadership abilities
  •  Communication and problem-solving skills
  •  Certification like PHR and SPHR is a plus.
