Job Description
- Lead and manage the human resources team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business.
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current Labor law.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Ensure legal compliance with Labor Law
- Develop organizational design and development strategies based on company goals.
- Implement development tools to meet long and short-term business goals.
- Develop and implement the performance appraisal system for the company and coordinating it with other line managers.
- Coordinate with the finance department for processing of salaries to employees.
- Maintaining good internal communication within the company.
- Report daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports to the General Manager and the Chairman
- Manage talent and succession planning; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity
- Keeping all company employees are informed of key employment and company issues.
- Monitor attendance and manage staffing levels to achieve sales/service goals while controlling payroll expense.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Revise and approve the payroll of our company including earnings and deduction.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. MBA is a plus.
- 10+ years of Experience in a same position
- Experience in HR for Real Estate companies is a must.
- Excellent communication skills, problem-solving
- Flaunt in English
- Experience in strategic planning
- In-depth knowledge of all HR functions
- Hands-on experience with HR software (HRIS, ATS)
- Good understanding of labor legislation
- Excellent leadership abilities
- Communication and problem-solving skills
- Certification like PHR and SPHR is a plus.
