Job Description
- Support warehouse operations related to order packing & shipping, stock-keeping, product shelving, and space optimization.
- Ensure stock is kept updated, receive inbound shipments and quality-control products.
- Utilize logistics IT and online dashboards to answer customer queries.
- Monitor Social Media channels for any customer query.
