Job Description
We are looking for someone who cannot wait to win market share for Olife!
- Develop strategic partnerships with public and private sector organizations by recommending and implementing strategies that increase brand effectiveness and highlight our product benefits.
- Identify market expansion and new business opportunities, recruit partners, and negotiate partner agreements.
- Lead contract negotiations with e-commerce partners.
- Improve the company’s partnership practice, grow its portfolio of partners, create go-to-market plans, drive expansion opportunities, and manage and grow the partnership.
- Research market trends and tools to fulfill customer needs through integration partnerships.
- Approach new partners to fulfill needed business KPIs and strategy.
- Extend and manage a network of relationships with prospective partners.
- Onboard new partners and help them to get up & running in a successful manner.
- Revise and renegotiate existing and outdated partner contracts.
- Initiate partner pipeline activities together with Growth & Commercial teams.
- Initiate ‘out-of-the-box’ partnerships with other platforms that drive our sales in the Egyptian market.
- Liaise as point of contact for our partners, being the link between Marketing, Commercial, Finance & Product department for our partners, and be the escalation point if necessary.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of brand engagement or partnerships management experience within the e-commerce or technology industries.
- Being very comfortable with data and reporting.
- Solid partnership building skills; you can build partnerships with multiple contacts and help them drive change and sales.
- Entrepreneurial skills; you have the ability to work in a cross-functional structure, bringing together cross-functional teams to achieve results.
- Energetic individual with persistency and passion for the B2C commerce.
