Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure accuracy and efficiency of operations
2. Oversee processing incoming payments
3. Securing revenue by ensuring timely and accurately collection of payments
4. Set targets for the group of accounts receivable team and assign areas of responsibility that align with the objectives of the accounting department
5. Review data received for newly sold units to ensure data completeness and accuracy
6. Distribute data to the team of accounts receivable according to the project
7. Ensuring that all team members follow the accounting principles
8. Review and verify the processing and posting of data on the system to ensure accuracy
9. Retrieve, collect and analyze updated data
10. Monthly reporting of total sales / maintenance deposits / aging totals / returned units
11. Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc forecast reports
12. Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Accounting
- (3-5) Years of Experience
- Real Estate background is a must
