BIM Manager

Lead and manage BIM systems implementation within the architecture practice, overseeing model development and team management to achieve BIM objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
1.     Develop and implement BIM standards, protocols, and workflows for architectural projects.
2.     Establish BIM execution plans (BEP) and ensure they align with project goals.
3.     Manage and mentor a team of BIM professionals, including architects, designers, and drafters.
4.     Oversee coordination and communication between different disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP).
5.     Supervise the creation and maintenance of 3D BIM models from concept to construction.
6.     Conduct clash detection and resolve issues related to design conflicts within the BIM environment.
7.     Implement quality control procedures to maintain accuracy and precision of BIM deliverables.
8.     Provide training and support to the architectural team on BIM software and best practices.
9.    Assist in project reporting, presenting BIM progress to stakeholders as necessary.
10.    Provide BIM-related consultancy and problem-solving for clients
