Job Description

  • Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval 
  • Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and termination 
  • Manage the social insurance issues and offices
  •  Manage personnel documents
  •  Manage the legislative processes with the legal entities (Labor office, social insurance,…) 
  •  Responsible for maintaining the implementation of laws and regulations dealing with government agencies
  • Responsible for all reporting and reliability of the data, update all database. 
  •  Responsible for Archiving and review employee files 
  •  Responsible for penalties for all staff  Responsible for clearance forms and follow up process 
  •  Responsible for medical & life insurance process 
  •  Follow up, prepare all belongs to insurance office like sick leaves and insurance form 1, 6, 2. 
  •  Prepare and update employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
  •  Handling employee files (payroll, social insurance, etc.
  • Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications. 
  •  Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements. 
  • Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc. 
  •  Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions. 
  •  Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions. 
  •  Completing paperwork for new hires. 
  •  Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company. 

Job Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Egyptian male with maximum of 30 years old.
  • Minimum of 1 year of HR experience and resolving complex employee relations issues.
  • Business administration bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Cairo Residence.
