Job Description
- Working on MRP module to monitor the spare parts' stock levels and replenish if needed
- Receiving purchase requisitions from Maintenance department
- Sending RFQs to the approved vendors
- Conduct the technical and financial evaluations for the quotations and place the POs accordingly
- Follow up the imported shipments till receiving in the WH
- Conduct monthly reports related to the section KPIs
- Follow up with Finance department the outstanding invoices
- Sourcing new suppliers to create more competition
Job Requirements
- Education background : Engineer (Mechanical or Weaving)
- Years of experience : 2-5 years in foreign indirect procurement
- Languages: Fluent Arabic and English
- ERP experience : Preferable SAP user
- Other skills : Preferable to be familiar with MRP modules .
