Job Description
- Coordinate with the shipping companies to collect, ship, and deliver the imported items in the agreed time and follow up the shipping process
- Forward shipments documents to the forwarder to start the clearance process.
- Communicate & Follow the clearance process and reporting any problem that may occur.
- Follow up with the customs' clearance agent to ensure timely release and delivery of products to our warehouse,
- Request & coordinate the transportation of all shipments and monitor
- Contact with warehouse for preparing and receiving of goods
- Feeding the company's account at the customs or cheques issuing
Job Requirements
- 3 : 5 Years of experience.
- Excellent command of English is a must.
- French language is a plus.
- Logistics certificate is a plus.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
