Job Description

  • Assisting with all aspects of administrative management, office requirements and expenses.
  • Reception duties.
  • Coordinating meetings, visit, trips, events and other similar activities.
  • Sending out and receiving mail and packages.
  • Managing files.
  • Sending faxes and emails.
  • Answering the phone.
  • Providing and coordinating sales support to customers with different suppliers.
  • Filing, taking notes, keeping a record of important details.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Excellent command of the English Language.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be a hard and smart worker.
