Job Description

Must have extensive experience in Textile industry sales

  • Identify and research potential clients
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
  • Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
  • Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
  • Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent command of English
  • Excellent command of MS Office and CRM software
  • MUST have a strong network of prospect clients and ability to build new leads quickly
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, sales management, or relevant fields, of which at least 3 years in management role.
  • Awareness of fashion trends, and ability to recommend markets and products to explore with management
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and mangae meetings.
  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and collection from clients.
  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients and Increasing client base.
  • Assessing team performance when it comes to growing the business through client acquisitions and renewals
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales performance.
  • Achieve mutually assigned revenue targets set by management
  • Responsible for market research when necessary
  • Research export opportunities, and develop relationships across the MENA region
  • Degree in Business Administration or Business development
  • Achieve mutually assigned revenue targets set by management

  • Strong textile industry experience
  • Strong experience in the textile industry and ability to build business plans in days
  • Strong network with key players in the textile industry
